FAQ — Services
- Can I order one MEBA service without a full renovation package?
- Yes. MEBA accepts standalone work orders — electrical installation, plumbing, bathroom renovation, kitchen renovation, drywall ceilings, smart-home integration, parquet installation. Standalone services require a separate paid site visit (80 €). Quality, warranty, and insurance terms match the full-package work.
- What does MEBA actually do — contractor or general contractor?
- MEBA is a construction management company (statybų valdymo įmonė in Lithuanian). MEBA hires, coordinates, and quality-controls all sub-trades. The client has one single point of contact (project manager) from first meeting through handover. MEBA carries the contract risk; the client does not coordinate sub-trades.
- Are materials included in the package price?
- Yes — all materials are included in the package price by default. Clients can choose: (A) MEBA sources all materials at the contracted quality level, or (B) client selects specific items (tiles, faucets, parquet) from MEBA's recommended supplier list. In both cases MEBA handles logistics, storage, and installation.
- Does MEBA do interior design?
- The CUSTOM package includes an interior consultant for material and color decisions. The PREMIUM package includes a full professional 3D design project with visualizations. The ESSENTIAL package does not include design — clients can bring their own designer or order MEBA's design service separately (from 25 €/m²).
